This video shows how to change the NAT type on a PS3. Go to connection settings>network settings>internet connection settings>OK>custom>wired connection>auto detect>manual. Choose an IP address that is different from your router, any other consoles, etc. Click right>automatic>do not use>enable. Press x to save settings, and test your connection. In this example, NAT type is 2. Now go to your PC and open IE. In the address bar, input router IP address, username and password. Go to Firewall Rules. Click Edit, under Start, type in the PS3 static IP address. Leave Finish empty. Leave the rest of the settings the same. Click apply. Go to Inbound Services. Put the IP address of the PS3 in again under Send to LAN server. Leave the rest of the settings the same, click Apply. Reboot your router/modem and Playstation and put in a game. Try to play online, and your NAT type should be set to open.

Iv went onto the router site and iv been looking for the primary and secondary dns server numbers ( i have the exact same router as you) i then found the primary and secondary dns server number and for both of them they are blank and i have got highlighted Get Automatically From ISP does this matter and will all of the stuff in this video still be the same?
I know this is a WAY late reply, but the DNS numbers are just for Domain Name Server lookups. Basically, its what your internet is using to find webpages. I honestly recommend Google's DNS:
Primary:8.8.8.8
Secondary:8.8.4.4
The reason you would want that changed is because normal DNS servers that are determined by your router are rather slow.

good information on procedure to change from nat 3 to type 2, unfortunately he mumbles the last 30 secs whereas i could not understand
