How to Escape Fallout 3's Map: Takoma Industrial glitch

Here's how to get outside the map, thru a hole in one of the invisible barriers that would otherwise prevent this.

To find Takoma Industrial if you haven't already, simply assign a temporary map marker to the general area shown at the beginning, and the dotted lines will tell you which passages to take.
