We sniped this guy off his perch inside an abandoned house to the west of Old Olney, and noticed his body flailing around inside the house. We approached to see what the deal was, and found a very strange sight. A little hard to see because it's night... same happened to me but it was brother hood outcast and he started to flail and he hit me and i died :(
